EXCHANGE POLICY

It's important for us that our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. We are always available to answer any questions you may have regarding our items.

We accept exchanges only within 7 days from the delivery date of your package. All items need to be in unworn condition with all tags still attached to them. SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To process an exchange of unworn, unused, and tagged items, simply mail your items back to:

In your return package include a note stating your order number and what you would like to exchange for. Then email us at info@daphnejoy.co with your tracking number. We will process your exchange within 2 business days of receiving it. 

NOTE: If the item you want is sold out at the time we receive your package, we will contact you via email to discuss other options.
